Professional photography works best when the home is clean, uncluttered, and presentation-ready. Please complete the following prior to the scheduled session.
Exterior
• Remove vehicles from driveway and front of property
• Store trash cans, hoses, tools, and yard equipment
• Mow lawn and tidy landscaping
• Clear porches and entryways
• Turn off sprinklers before the session
Interior
• Turn on all interior lights
• Replace burnt-out bulbs
• Open blinds and curtains (unless otherwise directed)
• Clear kitchen and bathroom countertops
• Remove personal items such as photos, mail, magnets, and toiletries
• Make beds and tidy bedrooms
• Remove pet items (bowls, beds, crates)
• Store trash cans out of sight
General
• De-clutter rooms to create open space
• Secure valuables
• Notify the photographer of any special features to highlight
The property should be photo-ready upon arrival. Editing does not include removal of large objects, heavy decluttering, or cleaning.
