A confirmed appointment requires agreement on scope and pricing. Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Larger commercial projects may require a deposit.
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If the property is not ready upon arrival, a rescheduling fee may apply.
Exterior shoots may be rescheduled due to severe weather at no additional cost. Virtual twilight is available as an alternative when needed.
The property must be photo-ready at the scheduled time. Cleaning, decluttering, staging, and preparation are the responsibility of the client. Time spent waiting for preparation may reduce coverage time or require a return visit fee.
Standard turnaround is 24 hours for photos and 48 hours for video unless otherwise specified. Larger commercial projects may require additional editing time.
Cascade Media retains copyright to all media created. Clients receive a non-transferable license for marketing use related to the specific property or business. Media may not be sold or transferred to third parties without written permission.
Basic exposure and color adjustments are included. Extensive retouching, object removal, or additional edits beyond standard processing may incur additional fees.
The client is responsible for securing access to the property and ensuring a safe environment. We reserve the right to decline service in unsafe conditions.
